[DGD] Gurbalib 0.43 beta available

I packaged the current version from svn (r384). It has been over 200 revisions
since the last release and there are way too many improvements to list them
here, see the seperate Changelog file on the download site.

You can download this version from

http://mud.wotf.org/downloads/gurba/

If you have an svn client, you are urged to use Gurbalib's svn distribution
instead, get it from:

svn://wotf.org/gurbalib
