[DGD] Sanity has returned

After piddling around with different rcm's, I've finally had an epiphany
about which one to use.

Bazaar, though it has nice features, is unfortunately a bit slow and a bit
green.  I've ditched it.

Both kotaka and phantasmal are now hosted with fresh git repositories:

git://kotaka.git.sourceforge.net/gitroot/kotaka/kotaka
git://phantasmal.git.sourceforge.net/gitroot/phantasmal/phantasmal

Now that I've stopped twiddling my thumbs on which one to settle on, I think
some real dev work can finally start happening.  After, of course,
competition for my attention from RL dies down.

My apologies to anyone who got fed up with my flip-flopping.
