[DGD] Versions prior to DGD 1.4

I fixed the directory view, served by LPC from Hydra, so that everything
works even if a directory path does not end in a slash.  You should now
be able to access dgd/archive and dgd/patches.  I've uploaded patches
from 1.2.151 to 1.3, in addition to the 1.3 -> 1.4 that were already
there, so that you can complete your archive.
