[DGD] Kernel library, networking version

With help from dworkin untangling the history, I was able to update the
networking version of the kernel library.

Latest update allows it to support networking extensions and multiple binary
and telnet ports.

It's under the "networking" branch of my kernellib repo at github.  I
haven't decided yet if I'm going to merge it into the main version.

Kudos to bart (wherever he is...) and dworkin.
