[DGD] Back at github

I've found github simpler to use than sf, and I have more flexibility in
repo management there.

I have therefore elected to move the following projects there

dgd-osr:  My personal work on dgd-osr, some of which gets merged to mainline
from time to time
kernellib:  The kernel library.  Presently forked from dworkin's repo
phantasmal:  The Phantasmal mudlib.  Also presently forked from dworkin's
repo
kotaka:  The kotaka mudlib.

As a shortcut to all four of these one can simply visit my profile there.
