This reminds me of an idea I once had of taking advantage of
relativity and a universal speed limit :)

Where users were "observers" that anchored the bottom of a sheet of
causality to realtime, and everything else was allowed to freefloat
opportunistically being computed.

Since nothing can move faster than the speed of light, it would be
impossible for an observer to go through reality faster than DGD could
precalculate it.
