[DGD] boolean integers: mudos vs dgd

Amylaar LPMUD 3.2.1 at 141 handles it this way too, which is the oldest driver
I've ever used.  Maybe Lars did so at the beginning?  I suppose one can do
what thou wilt in a custom environment.
