Changes:

Allow arrays and mappings into account properties.
Add some sanity checking to bigstructs.
Allow orphaned bigstructs to be garbage collected.
Move channel configuration to separate routine to allow it to be
reinitialized.
Miscellaneous fixes.
Make programd and cloned destructable.  Obviously, restoring their data
requires an object manager reset.
Consolidate login handling logic.
Add atomic prefix command.
Move chat command to Text subsystem.
Add channel subscription commands.
