[DGD] Kotaka v0.25

Ok, a new version, yay.

This one has an upgrade point at v0.25

Please check out the tag v0.25 and follow the instructions in
~Geometry/upgrade.txt before any further rebuilding, and make sure that the
instructions provided in v0.24 have already been completed.

Changes (rough guesstimate):

Reorganization of geometry, should make abstracting different coordinate
systems easier in the future.

Miscellaneous cleanups.

Todo:

Have kotaka upgrade itself automatically so that I don't have to have users
of kotaka update the things manually, the hard way.  To preserve isolation,
libraries and inheriters in different subsystems need to have a way of
cooperating.
