[DGD] DGD 1.5

I've released DGD 1.5, the new development line of DGD.  It is on a
separate branch from 1.4-stable, which will receive only bug fixes.
The main differences with the stable branch at this point are:

 - The LPC precompiler has been retired.
 - Operator functions for LPC:

 - The cache_size config parameter is now optional.
