Some more housekeeping updates

Warning:  Please upgrade one version at a time and make sure everything is
recompiled twice.

I'm working on a new upgrade manager that should hopefully be more robust
and automated, but alas, I haven't gotten it done yet.  I'm still learning
as I go along.

By the way, my apologies for being so rapid fire.  I kinda forgot to push
some versions to github recently.  Anyone got advice on upgrade management?
