[DGD] Stupid question about redirecting incoming HTTP to a new port

I'm tying up some last minute work for skotos, and I need to ask:

I already have test.skotos.net in /etc/hosts as 127.0.0.1

How do I use apache to redirect incoming connections on test.skotos.net to
a different port?
