[DGD] A note regarding the list

The mail server that the list resides on recently had to relocate in a
hurry.  In the aftermath of that move, the list has been functioning
poorly for the last 24 hours.  Messages may have been arriving in the
wrong order, or not at all.  Mail sent to the list may also have been
rejected.

I hope that as of today, everything is working normally again.
