[DGD] DGD 1.6.2 and Hydra 1.3.9

Hi

I had to add this lines to Makefile to can compile it in Cygwin:

ifeq ($(OS),CYGWIN_NT-10.0)
   HOST=DARWIN
endif

without this i only get this error:

$ make
Makefile:39: *** HOST is undefined. Stop.
