Additionally, remove references to status()[ST_PRECOMPILED].  This field

There have been other changes throughout the years, but all of them are
minor.  DGD's API and LPC language definition have been extended, but
rarely revised.

Snapshots created by DGD 1.0.87 (30 October 1996) and later can
theoretically be restored, though at that time there was no kernel
library yet, and the first fully working version of the kernel library
depends on functionality not present in DGD 1.0.87.
