This is mostly a housekeeping update for the codebase.



"Find the InitD's" method of checking for a module's status is now banned.
Manage a module's status manually from now on.
Patching has been simplified.
Limit stack to 50 and ticks to 250K.
Reflect that Networking Extensions have been formally removed from DGD proper.
Internal reorganizations and cleanups.
Must be at least version 0.50.2 to upgrade.
New experimental b-tree inspired bigmaps.
Reflect rebase of kernel library.
API support for finite duration bans.
