If anyoen is curious the deciding case on this was "Parker Brothers v.
Anti-Monopoly" and the COpyright office now SAYS in their ifn opacket that
once a set of game mechancis are published anyoen si free to coem out witha
game with 'substantially similar" mechanics. (Same i'm not a lawyer, and
thsi isnt legal advcie thing applies. if yo uexpect to actually take ny
actiosn asbed on lagel info, get a real lawyers advice.)

Hmm Don't follow thisone. Im a US citizen. I'm carefully avoding a charge
of "practicing law without a license".

probably because Lake geneva is beign shut down, the amrekting staff
probably being streamliend 9after all WotC already has THEIR amrelkting,
which woudl YOU rather have?) And the operatiosn mvoed to Seattle.

On the bright side I am VERY imrpessed with the integrity of WotC and have
been todl theya re workign right now on something new and reasonable to
repalce TSRs old "policies" with regard to on lineand off line fan created
materails.
