Two Elves you know to be called Bubba, and refer to as Bubba (if you were 
Don Jonsen, after seeing 'Smashed Bridges' I could well believe this)..

A troll named 'Bubba' is here.
Marilyn is here.

[Check if you know many elves, and how many are called Bubba]

If you know 2: Both the Elves named 'Bubba' are here.
If you know more: Two of the Elves named 'Bubba' are here.

Perhaps add a further qualifier (a weight or height word) eg:

The tall Elf, and fat Elf, called Bubba are here.
