Most of this is actually tracking of inferred or implict pronouns.  I
question if much of it can't be handled (as I've seen done somewhere)
by having the client keep and display a list of possible pronoun
compleations as part of the prompt.

Side comment: Please indent quosted MUD sessions.  This helps with
mail readers attempting to reformat the quote for quoted replies, and
also helps distinguish the MUD sessions from other autho's text.  

Consider:

Its not very clear whether the "l" and "kill orc" is from UggUgg or a
quote from a MUD.  Once the quote depth grows a bit this can get to be
a real problem, especially when MUD session lines start wrapping. 
Compare:

We often quote from example MUD sessions, the above being a classic
case in point.
