Hrm. What I should have said it I'll compare the current location's
temperature with that of the element/whatever in question, and if it
is in gas form, you can't see it (some exceptions may apply, see your
local retailer for details).

On that note (rehtorical question) what's the deal with Arsnic? Its
melting point is higher than its boiling point. It is a metaliod, but
what is its natural form, gas? So then the hotter it gets, it 
solidifies? (You can email [you being whoever] so that it doesn't
clutter, since it's off topic, if you really feel like answering).

Anyway, I won't reply to each of the new posts, but thanks everyone
for the help; perhaps I'll go to some used book store (I know one
that sometimes college text books) and take a peek.

I'll drop the mass, but hang on to density, and try and slim down
my table and make it hopefully more useful. Thanks all for your
replies, I'll direct any more questions to all of you ;)
