I don't disagree. It's not clear to me that we have reached that point
yet, however. Most input so far has been from a relatively small number
of people. Is that enough to actually do something. Are there a number
of lurkers out there who would and could jump in to start coding?

All I can say is that I personally cannot commit much in the way of
time on a regular basis. My volume yesterday and today is simply because
this is the weekend. On weekdays, my regular job and other things take
priority.
