[MUD-Dev] The grass is always greener in the other field

I hadn't thought about the bloat problem until I looked at my EQ 
characters.  They have all sorts of stuff on them, in bags and the 
bank.  Even my PVP characters are hoarders.  I checked on a monk
that I have and found bags loaded with stuff.  What use is all 
that to a monk on a PVP server?
