[MUD-Dev] Waving Hands -- Debian's Spellcast for Linux

I just ran into the Linux/Debian package "spellcast".  From cursory
examination (ie I haven't compared it to the original doc) this
seems like a fairly true implementation of Waving Hands which we've
discussed at some length previously.  

Its rather nice really, very playable and fun, tho it again
convinces me that it is not what I want for a arbitrarily multi-user
magic system where mages can join and leave fights ad hoc.

Mage2Mage still seems much more promising.
