Daniel Koepke just dropped CircleMUD 3.0 bpl16 (thanks!) into

  ftp://ftp.kanga.nu/pub/Incoming

which I've moved to 

  ftp://ftp.kanga.nu/pub/MUD/Servers/Circle/

In anyone else would like to add or update their server to the stash
at Kanga.Nu (most of which are woefully out of date), please just
put them Incoming and drop me a note at one of the usual addresses.
I generally prefer .tar.gz's, but can live with bzip2 or ZIP if I
have to.
