[MUD-Dev] ADMIN Name server problems and upes

Writing as list owner:

  Rather than replying individually to all of you who wrote in to
tell me you're getting dupes (thanks!), please accept the following.

  Kanga.Nu has external name service problems again.  They appear to
be resolved for now but I don't know the source of the problem so I
don't have any real boundaries on the problem yet, only the
behaviour.  Unfortunately I don't own or operate Kanga.Nu's external
name servers, which leaves me at a bit of a loose end.

  Kanga.Nu will be moving in the fairly near future, gaining a T1
and other pleasantries in the process.  My intention is to bandaide
the current problems until then, when I will be able to implement a
real solution with commercially liable people I can throw brickbats
at if they screw up.  Till then, please bear with me.
