[MUD-Dev] ScryMUD 1.9.11 is now on my page and in CVS.

Speaking of which, just put Release 1.9.11 on my page.  Still aiming
for August 1 Grand Opening if all goes well!!

Changes include:
Added level to identify spell output, added several new scripting
commands for rooms, and fixed up the dart-of-darkness spell. Weight of
corpses will now relate to the weight of the living being. Also modified
the 'who' output and did other small changes.
