Sadly, No.  But if you think about it, someone who can convincingly play 
different roles obviously possesses some skill and insight that allows 
them to understand people from different perspectives. 
Perhaps they are more likely to be consumate diplomats and mediators; and 
as such may be more effective and viewed positively.  :)
