[MUD-Dev] Admin: Kanga.Nu has moved again

Writing as list owner:

  Sorry about the down time.  As some of you will have noticed I'm
no longer with VA, and the transition, was, umm, inelegant in
portions (it took me a couple weeks to get the Kanga.Nu box back).
However we are back up now, compliments of Larry McVoy over at
bitmover.com.

  Mail will be flowing again in a couple minutes.
