  As proposed at the last MUD-Dev dinner, I've created a mailing
list at Kanga.Nu called "IRead".

  The topic is generous: books or other literature forms (fiction or
non-fiction) that have amused, interested, affected, inspired,
invoked thought, or merely made you promise yourself to never read
anything by that author again.  This is a partner list to MUD-Dev,
so while not mandated in the slightest (this is an explicitly
unmoderated list), there is a particular interest in pieces that are
applicable in some fashion to MUDs in some way, be it as world
models that would make great MUDs, techniques for game design,
analysies of social and cultural engineering methods that are
useful, or just ideas that caused you to look at aspects of MUDs in
a new way.
