That implies an instrument of rapid-fire-macro-induced death, er,
sorry, a "player", who can think that far ahead of walking into a
forge and slaughtering everyone there. Them'uns tend to be rare.
Particularly as the older, wiser heads are never as big, well
equipped, or well macroed as the AOL kids with no job and 18+ hours a
day for the kind of buildup required.
