Well, if you're pay-for-play, then I would tend to look at it like so:
if you want to pay for the priviliedge of multiple accounts - great!
If every player has five accounts, I make five times as much money. :)
I realize that this may seem like a rather cavalier view, but credit
cards are about the best verification method you're going to get, so I would
say at that point you just have to relax and assume that anyone that
multiplays is going to do so no matter WHAT you do. In the meantime, they
are paying several times as much as any other player, so...
