  I love the "deer-caught-in-the-headlights" reaction this gets from
munchkin players. Mainly, these users are living the "I'm a kid in
America, I can do whatever I want" attitude for real and have never
had any sort of social control applied to them. Brows furrowing in a
vain attempt to understand the situation.
  One such kid was absolutely hysterical, kept logging in and making
some interesting suggestions to every female guest/visitor/cast
member/innanimate object he could find. The officer riding shotgun on
the system that day locked him out and paged me. I popped in from
work, looked at the log of his session...and called his principal. It
was 10am. He was at school, skipping a class and hiding out in their
computer lab. He was the ONLY PERSON in the lab. The principal and I
had a pleasant chat (nice fellow) and when we hung up they were
hauling the kid into his office to call his mommy. The last thing I
heard was the kid saying "No f------ way, man. That's not fair!"
before we hung up. Thereby forever destroying the idea in his head
that he can do whatever he wants on the internet because no one can
find him or touch him in any way that actually means anything to him.

  I've said this before, and I'll repeat: There is a class of user
who signs on to our games to play, but not the game we're running. I
have no obligations to someone whose sole purpose in coming in is to
see what or who he can screw up.
