Unfortunately there is precious little case law here which has been
well examined.  Further, NSI has repeatedly changed their policies
in this area, leading to confusion over what to actually expect.

Frankly, I see it as a gamble with no guarantees.  You weigh your
risks, tighten your belt, and step off the edge.
