I'm not currently working on a big graphical game, but I can answer for
them: Of course! They're also working on a foolproof trust/reputation
system, integrated community tools, in-game roleplay support mechanisms,
engrossing story, dynamic content, non-repetitive quests, player-owned
and -created aspects of the game, and more effective customer service.
Unfortunately, these won't be available for launch, but will appear in a
later patch. They promise.
