Unfortunately, this IS what they are suing about. Their gift was a free
account. _Anything_ you give them that they care about has value, so you
can be said to be paying them.

An argument could probably be made that the bigger quota has value (for
instance, note that the OSI lawsuit specifies that they lost in-game items
when their accounts were cancelled).
