Yes, and many if not most of Raph's laws are just simple
observations akin to, "Don't spit into the wind".  Some are less
obvious, and as such easily forgetable.  They're not really about
changing the nature of man, or muds.  They are for the most part
'ideologically' neutral, and that's refreshing.

Then there's the notable oddity, the law about laws (Ola) which is
"Oh just go ahead and spit into the wind anyways and cause maybe
something interesting will happen".  I kinda like that one. :-)
