[MUD-Dev] Taligent docs

In talking with Claw/JC tonight, I was reminded that I've had a
mirror of old Taligent documentation online for some years.

I've made it publicly accessible:

It includes a (old) book on C++ and object oriented design that was
directed for use with the Taligent frameworks but was almost more
broadly applicable:

There were a lot of interesting things in these docs and it would be
sad to see them totally lost, so hopefully this will be of some use.

For those who are unfamiliar with Taligent, they were a joint
project between Apple and IBM (and then others) to produce a new
operating system in the early-mid 1990s.  Even though Taligent is
gone now, much of the technology lives on in Java and inside of IBM
and in various IBM products.
