I use 'point of view' here in the sense of 'through the player's
eyes', not 'in the player's opinion'.
Or to put it another way, viewing the world as it appears to the
player (dragons, swamps, +10 vorpal swords) rather than the designer
(database tables, bandwidth, etc.).
