[MUD-Dev] [PR] Skotos Releases Hegemony Strategic Game

Skotos Tech has released its newest game, Galactic Emperor:
Hegemony.  This game of strategy and diplomacy plays out in
three-week cycles. A two-dimensional Java-based strategic display is
complemented by the Abode Chat Theatre which players can use to talk
with other players and roleplay their strategic admirals. A free
30-day trial allows players to try out Hegemony without commitment.
