Blacksnow is clearly a bunch of amateur jokers, who have hired an
ambulance chaser of an attorney, but come on! I hope you're not
suggesting that Mythic has some cause of action against Blacksnow
because of the above. If I post a list of instructions to people
saying "Go here, get X, kill Y, etc" in order to help make people
more efficient DAoC players, I most certainly will not lose a case
if Mythic sued me, regardless of whether it indirectly caused them
to lose revenue.
