I have now posted the tutorial I did jointly with Rich Vogel and
Gordon Walton. This was an all-day tutorial on the first day of the
conference--you have to pay extra to get into the tutorials. Anyway,
it includes a bunch of info on how customer service and the like
scale up to huge games.
