Indeed.  Unfortunately, not everyone shifts at the same time, or in
the same direction.

Or you shift in the other direction, and decide that anything in
digital form can be private property.  This is, roughly, what
happened to Hollywood.  >From their point of view, pay per play into
infinity is perfectly reasonable.

Gotta watch out for the lifeguards, though.  The tide may not care,
but they guys who can kick you off the beach still do.
