[MUD-Dev] MMOG growth

Does anyone have any numbers that document the growth patterns of
the successful MMOGs? Ideally I'd be interested in seeing number of
subscribers for UO, EQ, and DAoC month by month from inception, but
if not month by month than anything really.

Anyone know where to find those numbers, or if they exist in the
public domain?
