I have to disagree with that. According to the Monsters Manual, NWN
shipped with more than a *minor* fraction of the monsters. I
remember being impressed by the fidelity of the NWN critts while
watching the book. Most of the monsters in the manual are also
present in NWN, even if a good part is missing.
