[MUD-Dev] Reputation systems

I have nothing to add in terms of building rep systems, but I'd like
to stress my needs as a player instead.

  1. I would like reputation effects to protect me from lowbie
  ganking catasses on PvP servers. Old issue in this community, I
  know.

  2. I would like my own reputation to be portable across games. Has
  this been brought up?
