$50 million?

Why do you say that?

I've been under the assumption that the single-most expensive part
of throwing together an MMOG would be actual content creation, which
is a cost that should go down as time goes by and technology
advances, although certainly the amount of content required will go
up.

I'd also be interested in hearing a few examples of things that you
would consider being required in that "minimum feature set" that
currently aren't being provided.
