Frankly, I never think someone paid USD1000 to purchase a character
will not spend too much time on it. American's salary is higher than
my country, but I still doubt it. When a lady purchase a beautiful,
precious jewery, what will she do?

Yes. What Daniel said is the truth. The point is -- there are very
few 1st type player need to purchase character from eBay. There are
plently of retired characters or casual gamer's character in the
guild. You never need to buy one, all you need is asking "I could
login one more wizard/druid/cleric now, whose character could I
lend?"

In the other hand, there are no warrant that a LV65 uber cleric will
be a good LV65 enchater.

Of course, the 2nd type players are very very dangerous for his
partners.

Yes. No one will purchase a low lv character, it waste money. But in
the endgame-- such as dangerous plane-raid, people don't trust the
one they know nothing. That means you will be forbidden in most high
LV area. By the way, I dont think buying a LV65 character for
sightseeing is a good idea. :)
