I haven't seen this posted on MUD-DEV yet. I've spoken to the
editor, and he said they can probably accept submissions/proposals
up until 4th July latest. (although, given that's when they want(ed)
to make final decisions on inclusion, it would be wise to submit as
soon as possible instead)
Please reply directly to mmpgems at yahoo.com if interested.

Charles River Media, the publisher of Game Programming Gems, is
interested in publishing a follow up to the first Massively
Multiplayer Games Book. This new book, entitled "More Massively
Multiplayer Game Development", will feature roughly 60 Online Game
related articles from professional game developers and will debut at
the 2005 GDC.
Each contributor will receive royalties based on sales, estimated to
reach between $500 and $2000 dollars per article. If you have ever
wanted to write professionally, this is an easy, painless way to
become a published author. The best part is that you can share your
hard-earned knowledge, experience, and wisdom with fellow Game
Developers.
