On the other hand, if you will implement such parser/sentence
creator, you basically got most Slavic languages covered. Looking at
Croatian example, Polish would have exactly the same order for each
case, exactly the same differences (also 7 noun cases). I think same
it true for Russian and Slovakian - probably more languages from
same area.

I don't know if you have noticed, but Slavic languages have two
forms of plural, depending on number of things. I don't know if
ranges are same in all languages, but in Polish it is one word for
2-4, 22-24, 32-34, x2-x4 and different word for 5-21, 25-31, 35-41,
x5-(x+1)1 :)

IMHO, best solution is just to tell 'learn English'. If you want to
participate in online community, it is a must - what is a benefit of
localized parser if you will not be able to understand other living
person ?
