You have a point with CSI and maybe Next Gen, but DS9 and MacGyver
are about as dude-oriented as you can get. DS9 spends most of its
time in a very complicated and political war, and MacGyver is the
typical male empowerment fantasy (and, as the Maximum Exposure
announcer would say, he sports a sweet mullet)
But that's not why I responded. There's a really interesting blog by
the Trek Online developers about the demographics of Trek vs MMORPGs
based on a survey they ran.
